How do I cancel my Membership?
Canceling your Membership is easy. Simply click on the "Cancel" link located
on the bottom of any page. Complete the Cancel Membership Form, and your account
will be canceled immediately. You will receive a Cancellation Confirmation letter
in your inbox.
What if I have lost my Member ID Number?
Your Member ID Number can be sent immediately. Simply click on the "Lost ID
Number" button located on the bottom of any page. Complete the Lost Member
ID Number form, and your Member ID Number will be sent to at once.
How do I login to the service?
Login is easy. Simply click on the "Member Login" button. Enter your Member
ID Number in the box where indicated. The US Map will be displayed. Just click on
a State, then a County, to view the foreclosure listings.
How long is the Free Trial Period?
You can access the

database for 7 days... Absolutely FREE! After the 7-Day Free Trial Period, the standard
membership fee will apply. To avoid the standard membership fee, simply cancel your
membership prior to the expiration of the Free Trial Period.
